1- Printing
P R I N T I N G
The graphic is printed by our HP latex printer. This printer is able to print high resolution images ensuring that your graphics always look crisp and clean. This step is used for products that are multicolor or have a lot of different colored components.
2- Laminate

The graphic is then laminated with our laminator. You have the option to have a matte finish or a glossy finish. Laminate is used for a protectant of your graphic along with the choice of changing the sheen of your graphic. This step is used when your products are going to be out in the elements or more susceptible to damage.
3- Cutting
C U T T I N G
A plotter cuts the vinyl with a small blade that moves left to right while the machine rollers move the material forward and backward. The plotter cuts the design deep enough to cut through the vinyl but not too deep, to ensure that it does not cut through the backing paper. This will be the first step for products that involve only one or two colors.
4- Weeding
W E E D I N G
A team member then goes in and weeds the unwanted vinyl away, while leaving the design that will be transferred onto the sign surface. Weeding involves a weeding tool which is a small sharp object that allows us to get into highly detailed areas when weeding.
5- Masking
M A S K I N G
A team member will then put transfer tape over the decal or graphic if needed so that it will all peel up in one piece. This is used for any graphic or decal that is not one full shape. There are clear transfer tapes along with colored ones dependent on the circumstance of the application.
6- Application
A P P L I C A T I O N
A team member will then apply the graphic or decal onto the chosen surface. Making sure that there are no wrinkles or imperfections in the application. Vinyl applications include a squeegee which is a flat hard tool that is used to push the air or water out from under the vinyl to ensure that there are no bubbles in the application.
