D I S C U S S I O N
First things first we will have to discuss any concepts, designs, or ideas that you have for your event or organization. This also includes if you are bringing art or if our designers are going to be producing art for your products.
2- Design

After the discussion of your products we will continue with the design process. We will send proofs to your email to ensure that we are on the same page. This is also for us to make sure that you are satisfied with the products that you are purchasing.
3- Quote
Q U O T E
After the proofs are approved and we have all of the information that we are needing for your product. We will give a quote for your potential purchase. This step in the process may come before the design process dependent on how complicated your design is. If the design process is going to take over 30 minutes we will give a rough quote beforehand. This ensures that there are no surprises on your end.
4- Ordering
O R D E R I N G
After the proofs, payment, and other information are settled we will then order your products. The third party that we use takes a business week from submitting the order to delivery to our storefront. After the products have been delivered to our storefront we will contact you via email or phone and let you know that it is ready to be picked up!
